CHALLENGE
The property contained material across several living areas and part of the basement. The project required careful loading and efficient use of disposal capacity so the work could be completed in one day.
WORK COMPLETED
The crew removed material from approximately half of the basement, two bedrooms, the kitchen, and the living room. Items were carried out, loaded, and consolidated into a 20-yard container. Metal exercise equipment shown below was separated for recycling and kept out of the landfill.
RESULT
A two-person crew completed the assigned cleanout in approximately 7.5 hours, leaving the cleared areas ready for the property’s next phase.
